Learning Disabilities - The Blessed Learning disabilities is a state of mind if you consider all the details. Most people with learning disabilities are blessed individuals with a wealth of information to offer.
Learning is a curve scheming action against practice. When we are learning we are practicing what we are taught.
Since, we are told there are various disorders involved in learning disabilities, we often believe that the person is mentally incapable of coping with life. However, there are thousands of mentally ill individuals with learning disabilities that have left a statement in the world.
WE can look at Albert Einstein for instance and see that this individual with learning inabilities became a well-known genius. Einstein dropped out of school because he rejected the teachings available to him. This world known man later discovered information that led the world down a new road.
Now, if we have mentally ill individuals, we need to realize that these people are capable in most instances of making the world a better place to live.
One of the obligations of schools is to locate, evaluate and single out children with potential learning disabilities, and this may not always include mental ill children. Rather, the schools personnel will consider children raised in migrant homes. Since these children move from state to state, they often are neglected.
The professionals believe that the children ability to learn is minimized. So now, we can determine what defines learning disabilities, by reviewing the requirements.
Requirements of Learning Disability Decisions
Once a child is evaluated, the personnel at school monitors the child, looking for any symptoms; including mental retardation, consistent emotional disturbances, speech impediments, language impairments, hearing problems, orthopedic grievance and patterns that are consistent with the code of ethnics.
The list is fabulous since we can see problems in most situations, but we must draw the line on ethnicity impairments. We have people of all lifestyles.
These people came from homes where they were taught to believe a certain way. When society and leaders of the world continue to step on people's beliefs, we are looking at a much greater problem in the making.
Let us review this carefully to gain a deeper understanding. For example, most schools force children to stand up each morning and pledge allegiance to the American Flag. Now, we have religious violations, since some religions are taught that the American Flag is a mere material. The bible tells us that anyone creating an idol that represents the stars, or anything in the heavens and worships it, is subject to judgment.
Clearly, the bible tells us that this is unacceptable, yet children that are taught to avoid worshiping idols are forced to pledge to the flag. What is this telling the child?
Clearly, we can see that learning disabilities may not be the problem, rather others that force individuals to adhere to a code of ethnic is creating the problems.
In fact, if you study the definitions of code of ethnics you will see it is a form of Judaism. In other words, it is a secret code that was created by a deranged set to minds, since no one person can force another individual to learn according to someone else's standards.
Once you have an understanding of learning disability you can take the steps to help your child learn according to his or her beliefs.
As long as the child's beliefs are not harmful to others, you can set goals and help your child learn.
It is important to review your child's goals occasional to determine if the child is making effort to reach the goals.
The environment in which the child learns also plays a part in teaching. For example, if your child is not reaching his or her goals you might want to evaluate the environment to see if changes are needed.
If your child is a large room with 30 children, you might want to consider sending your child to a smaller room with less peers. If the child has Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, a large number of children are a distraction in most instances. Finally, learning disabilities are people that are the blessed since they see things some of us often miss!
