Learning to Live with Disability

If you have been diagnosed with a learning disability, you have the choice of accepting the disability and moving forward. You also have the choice of getting medical examinations to weed out any physical problems. Simply, because someone diagnoses you will learning disabilities, does not mean you are disabled.

Countless of scientist, mental health experts and others has made mistakes. We are looking at imperfect human beings that have motives for diagnosing individuals. Some search to understand the human mind, while others search to gain.

Therefore, if you have been diagnosed with a learning disability, it is time to research to find out the truth. Ok, maybe you do have a learning disability. Maybe you have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) that hinders you from learning. This does not mean that world has ended, rather it means that you need to accept and learn. People with learning disabilities are special gifted minds.

These people are different and learn at different levels. Some of the well-known people in the world were diagnosed with Dyslexia, ADHD, Bipolar, and so forth. After carefully observing, researching, experimenting, and so forth I concluded that only a few of people actually have learning disabilities. For example, much schizophrenia often has learning disabilities because they are removed from reality mentally regularly.

Unfortunately, these disturbed minds suffering hallucinations, voices outside the head, and delusions. They often have psychotic breaks of the mind. Still, these souls have an ability to learn to a degree.

Mentally handicaps, formally known as mentally retard also has learning disabilities to a large degree however, they are able to learn. Although they are capable of learning, they are restricted due to the many interruptions of the body and mind.

Other learning disabilities are surrounding minds that break off from reality, known as Histrionic Personality Types, and Psychosis. Borderline Personality patients may also undergo a degree of learning disabilities, since their grandiosity symptoms hindering them from seeing facts.

The Borderline Personality Types are self-destructive, suicidal at times, and often fail to see when a person leaves them that it is not always forever. In other words, they often fear abandonment. Since, fear is overwhelming in the minds we can see learning is disabled to a large degree.

Learning disabilities according to some experts do not always have mental illness attached. I have to investigate this notion, since disability and learning is under defined in most instances. For example, the so-called normal falls into a mimicking pattern.

There role models that set rules and guidelines for them to follow has convinced these people that they are controlled people. In other words, they have lost contact with their individuality and personality to a large degree.

Have you ever wondered who came up with the movies that illustrate controlled people all behaving alike? Well, if the person responsible was evaluated one might think learning disability, but some that can see his or her side of the story sees the full light. In other words, this producer sees that the world is controlled by a group of authority figures that expect us all to behave alike.

If I am wrong, maybe the producer can point it out, but otherwise, I see where the producer was going. The producer drove the point home with me. Unfortunately, many of the so-called normal minds see this, but fail to do anything about it. There are serious problems in the making, since difference is moving toward extinct.

Learning disabilities are often linked to cognitive, language, linguistics, and so forth. When a person has difficulty, it is usually for a good reason. Unfortunately, it is rarely seen until the mind has been forced to learn out of bounds of its understanding.

If you have been diagnosed with a learning disability, do not give up. Rather search for the truth and keep learning at your own pace. If you need help with understanding reading or words, Webster for the most part has a lot to offer you.
